Assistant(s) will be used as standard on all wardrobe consultations and short notice client requests/projects.

FEES

Heléna Boxers fees structures are shown above and are charged per day. If an assistant is required this will also be charged per day. When meeting in person we charge from the time we leave the office to when we return meaning travel time is included within the allocated time booked. If our own driver is used this will be added to the final invoice.

When sourcing specific product requests (exact make, style/model and size etc.) fees are non- refundable and chargeable if the item is located or not or the client decides to cancel the request.

PAYMENT

Payment must be paid in advance in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Heléna Boxer will bill for time, estimated or actual, as well as for goods purchased in one invoice (please also see Payment of Goods below). Payments can be made by BACS or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% handling fee.

Our costs may change if extra work or purchases are required but any alteration to the invoices will always be agreed with you and we will confirm this in writing.

TRAVELLING

We are available to be booked and travel to a client internationally either individually or by a group booking. Our fixed rate for jobs entailing overnight stays is our standard fees plus an additional per diem 1125 AED per day. Travel and hotel expenses will also be charged to the client (to be agreed in advance). This includes any additional costs such as visa costs, airport transfers and excess baggage (if bringing goods for the client overseas personally and courier costs). If goods (clothing) are being brought with Heléna one prep day will be charged to arrange this.

PAYMENT OF GOODS

Heléna Boxer will take payment from clients for any goods, sourced by Heléna Boxer, that they wish to purchase. This means no credit card details or financial information will be given to retailers only Heléna Boxer. A 10% handling charge will be added to all goods purchased on your behalf. Should you need clothing to be purchased in advance of a consultation with Heléna Boxer an agreed sum will be transferred to Heléna Boxer, who will then purchase and deliver these goods. Any surplus funds left, after a client’s final selection is made, will be refunded to the client as a credit on our services or admin fees (unless otherwise agreed) and kept one file for 6 months. Heléna Boxer will deduct the invoice cost for fees and expenses from any remaining balance on file when applicable ie if fees have not been paid in advance. If this is not enough to cover the fee invoices an additional invoice will be created and subject to additional payment.

 Heléna Boxer offers clients the opportunity to have goods brought to them on ‘approval’ from various retailers. We will then invoice for any goods that are kept by the client. In the unlikely event of goods being lost or damaged by the client or lost in situation outside of the company’s control (e.g during shipping) the items will be charged to the client in full. (see above for payment of goods).

Returns and exchanges are subject to the return policy of the retailer. If applicable goods that are returned whether to Heléna Boxer or the retailer direct outside of this time frame no refunds or exchange will be given. Heléna Boxer is also not responsible for any denied returns or those lost/damaged in transit.

SHIPPING

 All courier costs, taxes and import duty (when applicable) incurred on goods sent to the client or returned by Heléna Boxer are to be paid by the client. Shipping invoices will be provided by Heléna Boxer or the retailer.

Heléna Boxer cannot be held responsible for late deliveries owing to third party courier and customs delays.
